We want you to love your shoes — but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns:
• You may return your order within 3 days of receiving it.
• Items must be unworn, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
• Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is faulty or incorrect).

 Exchanges:
• You can request an exchange for a different size or style, subject to availability.
• Exchanges follow the same 3-day policy and must meet the same conditions as returns.

• Sale or discounted items are non-refundable unless defective.
